We are committed to the work it takes to find a deal. They are hard to find, and often harder to close.

The stakes are really high for us. When we have retirement funds and life savings from close friends and family members entrusted to us, we protect their capital with 100% focus. People are counting on us and we will not let them down.
Stick to the criteria
We have a model that we know inside and out. Most of what we see doesn't fit the model. We have learned to walk away when the deal becomes forced.
Profit is made when you buy right
When you know the end value of a project, all of your profit is made when you buy it. After that, it's just a matter of time to get there. If you don't buy right in the first place, you have no way to know when you reach the exit point if you hit your target.
We tell the truth and do the right thing, even when it hurts
Investors come first. We come second. It's that simple. If things are going well, that's easy to report. It's when things start to slide that shows commitment to the truth and doing right.
We will persist until we succeed
There are no overnight success. We have made it this far because we do not give up.
Relationships will last longer than any deal
Buying real estate is transactional. But the relationships we have with investors is not. We work to maintain relationships with our partners long after the closing table.
